The coaching policy of Malvern Rugby Club requires the youth rugby coaches to work very closely to the RFU coaching guidelines. This not only helps all the young people to develop all of the core skills that they will need to become accomplished performers, but it also helps them to become more self-confident and to develop a sense of fair play, good sportsmanship and friendship at all levels of attainment.

Malvern Rugby Club is a very successful and ambitious sports club, but it is a sports club that is very aware of the true value sport has within our local community, especially for young local people. That is why during the 2003-04 Rugby World Cup season, Malvern Rugby Club will continue to work within the local community and local schools, to help even more young people to discover sport, competition and new friendships that they will grow to enjoy and value in later life.
